NSU - AUDI tradition

Podobnie jak w przypadku BMW R35 wysłałem e-maila do archiwum NSU Audi. Oto jaka już po 15 minutach otrzymałem odpowiedz:

Wynika z niej że rama i silnik pochodzą z jednego motocykla który wyprodukowany był 25 lipca 1938 roku. Został sprzedany dla F Knappe w mieście Brieg. Wyposażony był w gaźnik Amala, oświetlenie, sygnał, akumulator i magneto Bosch'a.

thank you for your mail. Your frame number 1 088 XXX indicates, that your bike is a NSU 251 OSL bike which was built on July 25, 1938. The implemented engine had the number 356 XXX, that means that the original engine is in it-. It was delivered to Mr. F Knappe in Brieg. The bike was equipped with Amal carburettor, lighting, horn, battery and magneto from Bosch.
